Clothesline tighterner is for clothesline, plastic cord and wire from 1/8" to 5/16" diameter. With one pull the line is tight. Rustproof will not rust clothesline. Has hardened ball bearings. Installation: Pull cap back, thread rope throgh cap, around pulleys and knot end to loop. Pull loose rope end to tighten line.
